Volunteer Chief Operating Officer

We are looking for a motivated Volunteer Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team.

Responsibilities

Design and implement corporate operations

Establish policies that promote our corporate culture and vision

Oversee daily operations of the corporation and the work of employees & volunteers

Design and implement corporate strategies, plans and procedures

Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including 501(c)(3), HIPPA, and New York State Not-for-Profit Corporate Law

Conduct/oversee fundraising

Recruit & retain top talent

Manage relationships with partners/vendors

Requirements

Competency in strategic planning and business development

Experience in fundraising and 501(c)(3) non-profit management will be a plus

Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics

Organizational and leadership abilities

Interpersonal and public speaking skills

BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
