    We're gearing up for 2026 Kin On Seniors' Day and need your help making it a wonderful celebration for our senior community!

    About Kin On Seniors' Day

    Kin On Seniors' Day is an annual Kin On celebration that brings together seniors, families, caregivers, and community members for a fun-filled day of connection, learning, and celebration. Enjoy cultural performances, interactive activities, health and wellness resources, educational workshops, community exhibitors, and opportunities to connect across generations.

    Date: Saturday, August 29, 2026

    Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (volunteer shifts may start earlier/end later for setup/cleanup)

    Location: Bellevue City Hall, 450 110th Ave NE, Bellevue, WA 98004

    Volunteer Areas:

    • Registration & Check-In — Greet guests and help them check in smoothly
    • Information Booth/Greeter — Welcome attendees and answer general questions
    • Food & Refreshments — Help set up, serve, and manage refreshment areas
    • Photography/Videography — Capture the day's highlights and special moments
    • Health & Wellness Zone — Support health screening and wellness resource tables
    • Activity & Workshop Support — Assist with hands-on activities and educational sessions
    • Stage & Performance Support — Help coordinate cultural performances and stage logistics
    • Translation (Chinese/English) — Bridge communication between guests and vendors/community partners
    • Parking Direction — Guide guests to parking and help with traffic flow
    • Setup — Help prepare the venue before the event begins
    • Cleanup — Help break down and restore the venue afterward
