Your role will be crucial in ensuring the safety and effectiveness of dental care by maintaining a sterile environment for patients and staff.     Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Properly clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment following established protocols.
    • Operate and maintain autoclaves and other sterilization devices.
    • Ensure all sterilized instruments are stored correctly and ready for use.
    • Prepare and arrange instruments and materials for dental procedures.
    • Prepare and clean treatment rooms, including disinfection of surfaces and dental chairs.
    • Ensure proper disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
    • Occasionally assist with patient care, including seating patients and providing post-operative instructions.

    Qualifications

    • Strong willingness to learn and receive feedback and direction.
    • Attention to detail and proven organizational skills.
    • Reliable and punctual with a consistent commitment to the role.
    • Experience with sterilization procedures desirable but not required.
