Description
Foster Hope Ministries is a 501(c)3 nonprofit supporting foster and adoptive families through community, tools, and resources. As a small, founder-led ministry, we are passionate about our mission but do not have in-house grant writing expertise — and that's exactly why we need you. We're looking for a skilled volunteer to help us research and pursue funding opportunities that could significantly expand our impact.
Responsibilities:
- Research grants aligned with foster care, family services, and child welfare
- Help draft and edit grant proposals and letters of inquiry
- Organize grant deadlines and track application requirements
- Assist with reporting for awarded grants
Ideal candidate:
- Strong writing and research skills
- Experience with grant writing or nonprofit fundraising
- Passion for supporting foster and adoptive families
- Remote, flexible schedule — approx. 2–5 hours/week
