The Greater Washington Region Clean Cities Coalition (GWRCCC) is gearing up to host our 2nd Annual Earth Day Walk, Alternative Fuel Vehicle Display, and Green Expo on Saturday, April 18, 2026, and we need your help to make it an inspiring and impactful success!
We’re calling on passionate volunteers to join us for this exciting day on the National Mall in Washington, D.C., where we’ll celebrate Earth Day, promote clean energy, and engage the community in walking toward a more sustainable future.
This exciting event is the perfect way to get outdoors, make a positive impact, and join others who are passionate about creating a greener future. Interested in helping with event logistics and ensuring everything runs smoothly? We are looking for volunteers to assist with event set-up, crowd engagement, greeters, and clean-up.

The stage, starting line, and finish line will be located on 3rd Street SW, between Madison Dr. NW and Jefferson Dr. SW, directly between the U.S. Capitol Building and the Washington Monument.
