    Description

World Wildlife Day La Jolla Community Event Volunteers

Volunteer with Wildlife Jewels® in La Jolla — World Wildlife Day (Art + Wildlife + Community!)

Help Wildlife Jewels (501(c)(3)) host a free, all-ages community event in La Jolla featuring an artist-led wildlife painting experience and a short guided beach walk. You’ll help create an inspiring, hands-on afternoon celebrating our local coastal wildlife—from seabirds to seals and tidepool life—while bringing together creativity, conservation, and community.

What you’ll do (no art experience needed):

    • Help with our short guided beach walk
    • Welcome guests and help them get started
    • Set up/refresh painting stations and distribute materials
    • Keep supplies organized and the space tidy
    • Assist the artist/educator with simple guidance + encouragement
