    Description

    Weekly Tuck-in Caller Needed.

    Every person has a gift. Do you want to help others but prefer to talk on the phone?

    We're looking for help on Thursday afternoons at our office to make weekly check in calls to patients, their caregivers, or their assisted living facility to ensure our patients needs are being met. You would help by determining needs, coordinating supply deliveries before the weekend, and providing a listening ear.

    No medical training? No problem.

    To become a volunteer, all you need is a compassionate heart. Our volunteer training will teach you everything you need to know to be a companion for someone during their end-of-life journey. You’ll learn valuable skills in grief counseling, spiritual and emotional support, and end-of-life care.
