    Description

    Community Event Support

    1. Assist with dropping off promotional fliers/ posters/yardsigns prior to our community events. This could include driving to designated sites/locations in the community OR walking to each of the 40 local businesses in the 6 blocks of the Historic District of Kenmore.
    2. Set up/ Tear down of outdoor community events including litter pick up, washing tables/chairs, sweeping.
    3. Working a table at the event : Info table, selling tickets in beer garden, serving beer, oversee an activity in the Kids zone, Manage the quiet zone for children/adults in the Library.

    Basic volunteer qualifications involved with this assignment: Likes to engage with community.

    Who will be served by this assignment? The Kenmore Community directly, and we hope to attract people outside of Kenmore to support our local businesses.

    What specific skills will the volunteer need? Some jobs would require light lifting or standing however, we can also place volunteers in seated assignments.
