Description
Respect MO Voters is seeking a candidate to gather and synthesize information for campaign Leadership about the Volunteer Experience.
What This Role Does
- Coordinate automatic survey distribution with Tech Support
- Review and analyze the findings
- Present these at Departmental meetings
- Review and revise survey questions as needed
- Coordinate this effort with Retention Lead, and Comms Department
- Monitor feedback from the Good Vibes Request Form and Suggestion Box
- Summarize all findings accordingly in Department Meetings
- Follow up with individuals if clarification is needed, or to check if their issues were resolved.
Skills Needed
- Basic computer operation, and spreadsheet skills
- Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms
- Patience – survey response rate has always been low
- Diplomacy and Empathy – Understand what someone is talking about, and present it to the Department with clear, succinct, accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Independently verify that the surveys have gone out.
- This can be as simple as checking one’s email for receipt of it, or asking fellow Program members
- Check monthly survey results as they come in, no more than a week after the surveys have gone out
- Report any major problems immediately to Retention Leadership
- Create regular monthly reports of findings to be discussed by Leadership
- Report any technical problems to Tech Support via their Tech Support Request Form.

- Zoom – Used for Department and Program meetings
- Google Sheets – Where resources are stored
- Slack – Communication and team connection
- VAN – Online database
- Trello – Project and workflow tracking
