Must participate in OAF board meetings, which are currently held every other month on a Saturday morning. Other time commitment varies depending on the time of year and what activities are scheduled. Estimated 2-4 hours/month.
Description
Ohio Animal Foundation is seeking outgoing and energetic individuals to serve on our Corporate Sponsorship Team, a subset of our Fundraising and Development Committee. This team will work with the Executive Director/Board to grow our corporate sponsorship revenue throughout the year.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying new corporate sponsorship prospects
- Developing relationships with potential corporate sponsors
- Asking for corporate sponsorship support
- Maintaining relationships with existing corporate sponsors throughout the year
Participation in occasional virtual Fundraising/Sponsorship Team meetings may be required.
Previous sponsorship experience is preferred but not required. Must be very detail-oriented and organized. Excellent people skills and outgoing personality. Familiarity with email programs and other methods of communication.
