HO HO HO! HOST! Host an International Student for the Holidays!

Host an international student for the holiday break! We have two students who want to experience Christmas with an American family!

This is a volunteer opportunity. Host families are volunteers - no stipend is provided.

Commitment time: December 19, 2026 - January 3, 2027

These students attend Kokomo High School, live in the dormitory, and need a welcoming host while the dorms are closed!

Minseong - male student from Korea, age 16, 11th grade: Thoughtful and hardworking, Minseong dreams of becoming a television or movie director. He loves badminton and making short films with friends, and he hopes to try wrestling.

Xincheng - male student from China, age 15, 9th grade: Driven and active, Xincheng loves tennis, volleyball, running, swimming, and origami. He is eager to master English, immerse himself in American culture, and share his own.

Share your home and your traditions - give them a once-in-a-lifetime American Christmas and build a lasting connection!

Host families provide:

A bedroom (can be shared with host sibling)

3 meals a day

Transportation when needed
