    Position Summary

    The HR Supervisor Intern participates in an intermediate, hands-on learning experience focused on HR coordination, workflow organization, and team support within a structured program environment.

    This role provides exposure to recruitment coordination, onboarding processes, HR documentation, and employee engagement initiatives under supervision.

    Participants may engage at different levels within this role based on the program’s tiered structure (Foundational, Intermediate, Advanced), depending on prior experience, engagement, and program needs.

    Learning Focus Areas

    Participants in this role will gain exposure to:

    • Recruitment and onboarding coordination processes
    • HR documentation and data management practices
    • Employee engagement and professional development initiatives
    • Internal HR workflows and communication practices
    • HR reporting and organizational processes

    Program Activities

    Participants may engage in:

    • Supporting coordination of recruitment activities (job postings, interview scheduling)
    • Assisting with onboarding coordination and new hire processes
    • Supporting the maintenance and organization of HR records and databases
    • Assisting with HR documentation and reporting
    • Supporting employee engagement initiatives and internal programs
    • Assisting with responses to HR-related inquiries (under supervision)
    • Participating in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
    • Communicating observations, questions, or feedback to program leadership

    All activities are conducted within a supervised and guided learning environment.

    Leadership Development Component

    This role includes exposure to leadership development by:

    • Supporting the coordination of HR activities across teams
    • Assisting with the organization of workflows and priorities
    • Participating in structured team collaboration and communication

    This is a developmental experience and does not involve formal supervisory authority over employees.

    Participation Expectations

    • Engage consistently in program activities and sessions
    • Maintain communication with program coordinators and leadership
    • Participate in a structured learning environment

    Qualifications

    Education / Background

    Candidates may include:

    • Students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals
    • Individuals seeking experience in Human Resources coordination or leadership
    • Individuals transitioning into HR-related roles

    Skills & Abilities

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Clear written and verbal communication
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
    • Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

    Work Environment

    This is a remote learning environment involving structured sessions, guided activities, and collaboration across teams.

    Program Nature

    This position is part of a structured internship program designed for educational and professional development.
