    Description

    • Own the theory of change; review every program design against it and sunset activities that don't ladder up
    • Set annual outcome targets and the indicators used to measure them
    • Supervise program staff and manage program budgets against grant restrictions
    • Run a regular program review cycle using evaluation data, not anecdote
    • Ensure programs are accessible across language, disability, and scheduling barriers
    • Translate program results into evidence the development team can use in proposals and reports
    • Maintain program quality standards, safety protocols, and participant feedback loops
