    Description

    Volunteer for Birthday Bash!

    Your time makes celebration possible for our community!

    This year’s celebration will take place at The City Forum in Clarksville, TN and we would love your help in making it a joyful and inclusive experience.

    Birthday Bash is a private, sensory-friendly event created to honor members of our autism community of all ages. More than a party, it reflects our mission to build inclusive, supportive spaces where individuals can celebrate, connect, and create meaningful memories in an environment that respects sensory needs.

    We are seeking 15 volunteers to support the event.

    Volunteer arrival time: 7:45 am

    Event end time: 11:00 am

    Clean Up Begins: 10:45 am

    Volunteer role include:

    • Check-In
    • Sensory Room
    • Food Station
    • General Support
