Rcoz is a non-profit dedicated to mental health awareness, early intervention, youth programs, and community dialogue, with a strong focus on serving South Asian communities and youth.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Growth & Content Manager to grow and amplify our digital presence. In this role, you will manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn while driving our content strategy. You will also own our growth goals, starting with one video published per week, building toward three videos per week and 100,000 followers as our long-term target.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and manage a content calendar to hit our video cadence and follower growth goals.
• Design engaging graphics using Canva.
• Develop campaigns to promote blogs, videos, events, and programs.
• Boost visibility and drive traffic to Rcoz initiatives.
• Monitor engagement and respond to DMs/comments in a timely, respectful voice.
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategy to increase reach and impact.
• Collaborate with the Video Editor and Podcast Producer to align content output with growth goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts (especially Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn).
• Familiarity with content boosting, paid promotions, or platform-specific engagement strategies.
• Strong Canva skills and an eye for clean, compelling design.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and aligned with Rcoz's mission.
• Must be located in the United States.
• References required prior to onboarding.

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of South Asian culture.
• Hybrid availability for occasional in-person meetings or events in the Bay Area.

Note: Depending on volunteer availability and workload, this role may later be split into separate social media and marketing-focused positions.
