    Description

Expert Network - Product Manager (PM)

    Location: Remote

We are BizLeadhers, a nonprofit on a mission to help women entrepreneurs build bold, sustainable businesses. Through our incubator programs, we provide hands-on skill building, mentorship, expert support, and powerful networks. We believe access matters—and we’re building the kind of ecosystem we wish more founders had from day one.

    The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Expert Network PM, to build and scale one of the most critical parts of our ecosystem: a high-impact network of experts, designed to support early-stage and growing businesses.

This is a builder role. You’ll treat the Expert Network like a product—figuring out what founders need, designing smart ways experts can plug in, testing formats, and continuously improving the experience for everyone involved.

If you love zero-to-one work, community-powered products, and making systems that actually work for real humans, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do-Build the Expert Network (Like a Product)

    • Own the vision and roadmap for our Expert Network
    • Define what “great” looks like for entrepreneurs and experts—and how we measure it
    • Identify key skill areas entrepreneurs need most, both functional (finance, growth, tech, legal, fundraising, leadership, etc.) and industry expertise

    Recruit & Activate Amazing Experts

    • Find, recruit, and onboard experts who are aligned with our mission and values
    • Design clear, lightweight onboarding and engagement models (mentorship, office hours, workshops, panels)
    • Build real relationships with experts so they stay engaged and excited to contribute

Deliver High-Quality Experiences for participating Entrepreneurs

    • Match experts to participants/cohorts based on needs, stage, and goals
    • Partner with program teams to run smooth, high-impact expert sessions
    • Make sure participants get actionable, relevant support—not generic advice

    Learn, Iterate, Improve

    • Collect feedback and data from founders and experts
    • Track engagement, satisfaction, and outcomes
    • Experiment with new formats and continuously improve what’s working (& kill what’s not)

    Collaborate & Scale

    • Work cross-functionally with Programs, Ops, Local Market Experts, Partnerships, and Leadership
    • Help articulate the value and impact of the Expert Network for partners and funders
    • Build systems, documentation, and tools so network can scale without losing quality

    What We’re Looking For

    • Experience in product, programs, partnerships, community, or ecosystem roles
    • Strong relationship-builder, comfortable working with senior professionals & entrepreneurs
    • Ability to think strategically and get things done
    • Organized, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
    • Deep belief in supporting women entrepreneurs and underrepresented founders
    • Experience in startups, accelerators, incubators, or founder communities is a big plus

    Nice-to-Haves

    • Experience designing mentor or advisor programs
    • Familiarity with community platforms, chat tools and virtual learning environments
    • Nonprofit or social impact experience

    What Success Looks Like

    • Hit the ground running: 5-10 experts by Q1/26, 40-50 experts by end of 2026
    • A diverse, high-quality Expert Network women entrepreneurs actually rave about
    • Strong engagement and repeat participation from experts. Experts help recruit other experts into the ecosystem
    • Clear processes that make it easy to deliver value at scale
    • Tangible impact on founder growth and confidence

    Why This Role Matters

    • You’ll build a core product that directly impacts women entrepreneurs
    • You’ll have real ownership and room to experiment
    • You’ll work with a small, passionate team that values impact over ego
    • You’ll help shape an ecosystem—not just a program
