    Advocate

    Volunteer Advocate – Honorable Women Inc.

    Join our team and make a real difference in the lives of survivors! As a Volunteer Advocate, you will provide phone and in-person support, connect clients to resources, and empower individuals to reclaim their strength and independence. Gain hands-on experience in advocacy, trauma-informed care, and community service while building meaningful connections and making a lasting impact. Training and certification provided!

    Directions

    Site Assignment: Volunteer duties may vary depending on the hospital, shelter, or community site. Volunteers will be assigned a primary location after successfully completing their initial orientation and first task.

    How to Volunteer for This Opportunity

    Volunteer Expectations:

    • Must be 18 years or older to apply.

    • Complete a free criminal background check prior to starting service (required for safety and compliance).

    • Volunteers will receive their main site assignment (hospital, shelter, etc.) after completing their first task and orientation.
