Description
Join MRCI’s Medical Assistance Program in the rural village of Ampohana, where volunteers help provide basic healthcare support and health education in underserved communities.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting at the local clinic with basic patient care (based on experience)
- Supporting health outreach in the community
- Helping with rehabilitation exercises, first aid, and health screenings
- Creating educational materials on hygiene, nutrition, and prevention
Qualifications:
- Medical, nursing, physiotherapy, or public health background (students welcome)
- Flexibility and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to work with limited resources in a remote setting
