    Description

    Community Events Volunteer

Good Shepherd is looking for volunteers to help out with community events. This volunteer role would be great for a person that likes to visit with others and share about the gift of hospice and volunteering. Some ideas of things this volunteer would do are the following:

    • Deliver flowers to people in nursing homes or assisted living locations.
    • Play cards with a group in an assisted living.
    • Attend health fairs with marketing team.
    • Attend volunteer recruitment fairs with the team.
    • Assist with family nights.
    • If you have a musical talent, sing or play an instrument, we would love for you to share that talent also.
    • Delivery of birthday cupcakes.
    • Playing Bingo or any other game that would be fun to play with others.

We welcome any ideas of way to share your gift of time.
