    Commitment: 5–7 hrs/week

    Reports to: President & Vice President

    Summary:

    The Co- Vice President supports the President in managing internal operations and ensuring each committee and board member has the resources needed to succeed.

    Key Duties:

    • Facilitate weekly board meetings when the President is unavailable
    • Coordinate communication among committee leads
    • Help with onboarding and internal accountability
    • Oversee implementation of the yearly strategic plan
    • Ideal Skills: Organizational management, leadership, scheduling, conflict resolution
