Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and mission-driven Hiring Manager to lead our recruitment and selection processes. Working closely with leadership, this fractional role will ensure we attract, interview, and onboard top-tier talent who align with our vision, all while operating with a highly flexible time commitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Strategy: Partner with leadership to define role requirements, success metrics, and ideal candidate profiles for open positions.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the hiring process from posting job openings and screening resumes to scheduling interviews.
- Candidate Experience: Manage communications with applicants to ensure a welcoming, inclusive, and professional candidate journey.
- Selection & Hiring: Facilitate interviews, evaluate candidate scorecards, and guide the final selection process with organizational stakeholders.
- Onboarding: Assist with new-hire orientation and help integrate new staff members into the organization's culture and workflow.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, human resources, or nonprofit program coordination.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion for mission-driven work and an understanding of the nonprofit sector.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with extreme flexibility.
Compensation & Commitment
- Compensation: $$50 per month (Stipend/Fractional Role).
- Time Commitment: Approximately 4-6 hours per week.
