Have you ever wondered how you can make a difference in someone’s life even through minimal time commitment? If so, please consider serving others by being a Hospice Volunteer. At Monarch Hospice we provide services to patients that have been diagnosed with a terminal illness of 6-months or less. Many patients just appreciate a little friendly companionship or help with minimal chores. Others would enjoy having you read or sing to them or brighten their day by providing a manicure. Every opportunity with a patient is unique. By volunteering even just an hour a month you could touch lives in a meaningful way; if you have more hours we have more lives. All ages of volunteers are welcome as well as all skill-sets and we will train you how to volunteer.
