Description
PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Assist the American Red Cross Mission by education community members, organizations and agencies to prevent and prepare for emergencies.
OPEN TIME DAYS
- Flexible
- Commitment will depend on scheduling of community preparedness education opportunities and availability of volunteers
- Approximately 2 to 4 hours per presentation or booth event
- Suggested minimum of 4 times a year
REQUIRED TRAINING
- Red Cross Orientation
- One on one training
- Learn local disaster hazards and history
- Community Disaster Education
