    Description

The Believe Fund is seeking two Community Growth Evangelists with strong skills in social media engagement and online community building.

This role is focused on growing a private community of fundraising warriors to 5,000 members, each committing to raise $100 per month to support cancer patients facing financial hardship.

    What You’ll Do

    • Recruit and onboard new members through social media and online platforms to our Facebook Group
    • Build relationships and foster a strong sense of shared purpose within the community
    • Encourage participation in fundraising challenges, milestones, and campaigns
    • Create and share mission-aligned content that drives engagement and growth
    • Act as a visible and authentic ambassador for The Believe Fund’s mission

    What We’re Looking For

    • Proven ability to grow, engage, or manage online communities
    • Comfort using social media platforms to inspire action and participation
    • Passion for cause-driven work and helping others
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate people
    • Reliable, mission-aligned, and collaborative

    Growth Path

This role will begin as volunteer, with a defined goal of transitioning to a monthly stipend as the community grows and fundraising benchmarks are achieved.

    Why This Role Matters

This community is one of our most powerful tools for sustained impact. Your work will directly help families afford medical care and essential living costs during cancer treatment.
