Social Media & Marketing Specialist

What You Will Do

• Manage Candidly Speaking social media accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
• Create and edit simple graphics or short clips using Canva
• Draft captions and schedule posts that reflect our voice rooted in community, belonging, equity, empathy, and cultural responsibility
• Help maintain a consistent posting schedule and remind the team when content is needed
• Monitor engagement and share insights to help us understand what resonates with our audiences
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural awareness

What We Are Looking For

• Experience managing social media for a business or organization with proven engagement growth
• Ability to create visually appealing content using Canva
• Strong writing skills and an understanding of how to adapt tone for different platforms
• Familiarity with trends and best practices on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
• Someone who understands and feels aligned with our mission, values, and community centered voice
• Organized, reliable, able to work independently, and comfortable collaborating with a small team
• 5 hours a week
• Fully remote
