    Description

    As a Hospice volunteer you can donate as much or as little time as you desire. The duties vary so you can find an area of service that is uniquely suited for you. Some ways to help are:

    Patient companionship- read to patient, take for walks, watch movies or tv, have conversations, reminisce, play music, sing, crafts, sit with patient.

    Caregiver relief- provide respite so caregiver can run errands, take a nap, or just have quiet time.

    Patients reside in their own homes as well as in Assisted Living facilities and Nursing Homes. We service Bay, Genesee, Huron, Midland, Saginaw, Sanilac, and Tuscola Counties.
