    Description

    Become a 2026 Youth Ambassador of the World Literacy Foundation

    The WLF Youth Ambassador Program is a unique youth leadership development opportunity for those who are ready to join an international movement and become a positive advocate for literacy in 2026. https://yap-registration.world-literacy.org/

    The six-month online training program aims to bring together young individuals from all over the world to:

      • Develop their leadership and advocacy skills
      • Be a local voice for literacy and education in their community
      • Be a local fundraiser to make an impact in the education of children all across the World

    Throughout the program, you will receive undivided support from the Youth Ambassador Coordinator, learning modules to educate you on literacy, education, leadership, advocacy and fundraising, and the opportunity to network with 800 other Youth Ambassadors from around the world.

    In return for your commitment, you will receive a certificate of completion, an opportunity to attend and present at the World Literacy Summit 2027, and the satisfaction of knowing you have helped to eradicate illiteracy rates in impoverished communities.

    This is not only an amazing opportunity to give back to other Youth in need, it is also a chance to build valuable skills, gain valuable CV experience and act as a voice of change within your local community.

    Training is provided, throughout the program, you will complete modules starting in June and finishing at the beginning of September. This is an incredible opportunity to develop your career readiness, and make a genuine different in the lives of people without access to education.
