Description
The Lovis Foundation is seeking a Volunteer Event Project Manager to help guide the planning and coordination of our 2027 10 Years of Joy Celebration and Fundraiser.
This milestone event will celebrate a decade of spreading joy, inclusion, and recognition while raising funds to support future Lovis programs. The Event Project Manager will serve as the central coordinator for the planning team, helping ensure timelines, meetings, and deliverables stay on track.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the overall event project plan
- Coordinate planning meetings and agendas
- Track action items, deadlines, and key decisions
- Support communication among planning team members
- Assist with budgeting and planning documents
- Provide regular status updates to Lovis leadership
Ideal Skills
- Project management experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Experience with nonprofit, corporate, or community projects is a plus
