Decor and Auction Set Up for Annual Gala

Hello Volunteers!

It's that time of year again where we are prepping for our annual Riding With The Stars fundraising gala. This gala is our biggest event of the year that fundraising money that goes directly towards gear for our specials needs riders and to the care of our horses who make our program possible. Please consider volunteering for this event and helping make a difference for Tara's Chance.

This year's event will be taking place on Saturday, October 3rd at 4:30pm. We will be in need of many helping hands to help us set-up in the morning prior to the event. Some heavy lifting may be required but all volunteers are welcome to help with decorating and setting everything into place for the event. Minors are welcome but they must be accompanied by an adult while volunteering.

This opportunity will be assisting with:

• Decorations, auction item organization, tv setup, set out chairs and prepare banners: Saturday October 03, 2026 - 09:00AM to 12:00PM PST
• Depending on speed and efficiency of set up, volunteering hours may be shorter or longer. Please prepare to flexible with time as needed.
