    Description

    Resource Navigator Team Lead Responsibilities/Tasks

    They are the primary link between individuals (clients) and any essential community and social services.

    They are responsible for contacting individuals (clients), assessing the individual's (clients) needs, while also providing personalized referrals about temporary housing, local food banks, and any local employment opportunities.

    Age Requirement: Applicants must be 21 years old and older

    Resource Navigator Team Lead Candidate Requirements

    REQUIRED

    Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, empathy, cultural competence, and the ability to work independently or in a team

    NOT REQUIRED

    Experience: Previous experience is not always required, but 1–2 years of experience in community outreach, customer service, or social services is highly beneficial.

    Bilingual Abilities: Proficiency in English and another language (commonly Spanish, depending on the community) is often preferred.

    Case Management Knowledge: Basic understanding of community resources, social services, and advocacy.
