    Description

    BluShues Inc. is a nonprofit organization and ministry dedicated to distributing free Bibles and fostering a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our mission is to make the Word of God accessible to everyone, both locally and internationally. We believe in the transformative power of volunteers who share our passion for spreading the message of hope and faith.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with churches, ministries, organizations, educational institutions, and community groups.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to advance BluShues' mission.
    • Coordinate partnership meetings, presentations, and follow up activities.
    • Identify opportunities for collaborative outreach programmes and ministry initiatives.
    • Represent BluShues professionally at meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
    • Work closely with the fundraising, communications, and outreach teams to maximize partnership opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate records of partner organizations and ongoing collaborations.
    • Prepare reports on partnership activities and outcomes for senior leadership.
    • Support the implementation of partnership agreements and collaborative projects.
    • Promote BluShues' mission, programmes, and impact to prospective partners.

    • Passionate about advancing the Gospel through collaboration.
    • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
    • Confident when engaging with individuals and organizations.
    • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
    • Able to work independently and proactively.
    • Professional, approachable, and diplomatic.
    • Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.
    • Demonstrates integrity and servant leadership.

    Qualifications and Competencies:

    • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, Ministry, or a related field preferred but not required.
    • Experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, or community relations is preferred.
    • Excellent presentation and networking skills.
    • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
    • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
    • Experience working with nonprofit organizations is an advantage.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
