Volunteer Role: Community Growth Partner

CollabED is seeking Volunteer Community Growth Partners to help us thoughtfully grow an educator-led professional community.

This is not a numbers-driven recruiting role.

This is not about blasting links, hitting quotas, or telling everyone to “join our site.”

This role is about people. It is about noticing educators who are asking good questions, sharing real experiences, or clearly longing for connection and support. It is about reaching out with intention and care. It is about inviting the right people into a space where they can belong and contribute.

If you are energized by meaningful connection rather than volume, this role is for you.

As a Community Growth Partner, you may:

• Identify educators, students, and professionals who align with CollabED’s mission
• Engage in thoughtful one-to-one outreach (DMs, emails, warm introductions)
• Help craft authentic invitations that reflect CollabED’s voice and values
• Share insights about where educators are gathering and what they are asking for
• Help shape ethical, human-centered growth strategies
• Serve as a bridge between CollabED and the wider educator community

This is curated growth.

It is about fit, not scale.

It is about building a community you would personally want to belong to.

You do not need recruiting experience. You do not need marketing credentials. You do need:
