ABOUT SUPERTECH FT

SuperTech FT is a nonprofit organization focused on creating opportunities in technology, education, and workforce development. We are seeking a motivated Fundraiser to expand our fundraising efforts and build relationships with donors, sponsors, foundations, and community partners throughout Minnesota.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Fundraiser will identify and pursue fundraising opportunities to support SuperTech FT programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate has fundraising experience and a strong understanding of the Minnesota nonprofit and community landscape.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and develop prospective donors, sponsors, foundations, and funding partners throughout Minnesota.
• Conduct donor and sponsor outreach through email, phone, networking, and meetings.
• Assist with fundraising campaigns, sponsorship opportunities, and donor cultivation.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors and community partners.
• Track prospects, outreach activities, and fundraising results.
• Collaborate with SuperTech FT leadership on fundraising goals and strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous fundraising, nonprofit development, sales, or business development experience.
• Experience working with donors, sponsors, foundations, or community organizations in Minnesota.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to independently pursue fundraising opportunities.
• Commitment to SuperTech FT’s nonprofit mission.

COMPENSATION

15% of eligible fundraising amounts actually received by SuperTech FT during the applicable month, subject to a separate written agreement and applicable laws and regulations. The agreement will define eligible fundraising revenue and payment timing.
