Event Day Volunteer - Komen Greater St. Louis MORE THAN PINK Walk

This June, community members from across the greater St. Louis area will come together to celebrate the strength and resilience of everyone affected by breast cancer while raising vital funds to help Susan G. Komen invest in groundbreaking breast cancer research and provide real-time support for treatment, medication, transportation services, and so much more.

Volunteers play a critical role in the success of the 2026 Greater St. Louis MORE THAN PINK Walk. From helping with event setup to distributing water along the course, there are many meaningful ways for individuals and groups to get involved.

There are many ways to help on event day, including Water Stations, the “We Remember” Tent, and more!

• Greeters | Be the first people to welcome participants to the event and will assist with any questions or directions within the event site. 6:30 AM - 8:00 AM.
• Parking | Help direct participants where to park and assist with traffic flow. 6:30 AM - 8:00 AM.
• Water Station | This is a great activity for groups of volunteers that want to work together on Event Day. Under 18 must be accompanied by a supervising adult. 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM.
• Tear Down | May include: taking down signs, moving stalls, cleaning trash, etc. Volunteers must be able to lift heavy boxes. 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
• General Support | Help wherever needed to ensure the event runs smoothly and participants have a memorable experience.
