    Description

    Help recruit, onboard and support volunteers

    Provide support to nonprofit by helping recruit, onboard and support its volunteers.

    Aid in promoting work of the organization to acquire new volunteers and assist with the onboarding

    process of incoming Swim Coach volunteers. Work alongside the Intern(s) to guide new

    volunteers through paperwork, background checks, and necessary training. Create and distribute

    promotional materials on organization’s behalf.

    Looking for someone with Organizational and positive communication skills. Willingness to engage and have fun with the existing and incoming volunteers. Creativity in creating graphics and written materials.

    Serve weekly weekdays, between 9:30 am and 1 pm
