Back-to-School Family Fest Volunteer – Backpack & School Supply Support

REAL AMERICANS CORPORATION (RAC), a veteran-founded 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is seeking volunteers to support our Back-to-School Initiative in collaboration with the Family Christian Association of America (FCAA).

RAC is contributing approximately 50 backpacks with school supplies for children and families participating in FCAA’s Family Fest on August 1, 2026. Volunteers will help support an organized, welcoming, and effective community outreach effort.

Volunteer responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with event setup and preparation
• Organizing backpacks and school supplies
• Supporting backpack and school supply distribution as assigned
• Assisting with inventory and distribution tracking
• Welcoming and directing participating families
• Supporting RAC team members and FCAA event staff
• Assisting with event documentation and cleanup

Volunteer expectations:

Volunteers should be dependable, respectful, comfortable working with families and children, and able to follow instructions from designated event leadership. Volunteers must maintain professional conduct and respect the privacy and dignity of all participants.

This is a one-day community service opportunity supporting children and families as they prepare for the upcoming school year. Confirmed volunteers will receive final reporting instructions and assignment details before the event.
