Volunteer at our annual fundraising event, the Summer(ish) Soiree!

Soiree Event Volunteer

Harper’s Playground is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make our upcoming Soiree a fun and successful evening! Volunteers will help with a variety of event-day responsibilities, including guest registration and check-in, raffle ticket sales, and general event support.

Responsibilities may include:

• Welcoming and checking in guests
• Assisting with raffle ticket sales and answering guest questions
• Helping with event setup, transitions, and general guest needs
• Supporting staff and ensuring the event runs smoothly
• Creating a warm, welcoming experience for all attendees

We’re looking for dependable, friendly volunteers who are comfortable interacting with guests and working as part of a team. No prior event experience is required—just a positive attitude and willingness to help!

Volunteers will receive event-specific instructions and assignments prior to the Soiree.
