About the Role
As Chief Executive Officer, you will serve as a strategic player–coach, leading day-to-day operations while building and scaling R.O.Y.O.’s operational infrastructure from the ground up. This role combines hands-on execution with Executive leadership, including guiding volunteer teams and creating the systems, structure, and discipline needed to support growth.
You’ll partner closely with the Chief Executive Director, CFO, and leadership team to translate vision into execution, ensuring the organization operates effectively, consistently, and with impact.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute day-to-day operations while building scalable systems and processes
- Build and develop the operations functions from the ground up, including coordinating and mentoring volunteers
- Translate strategy into execution with clear goals, workflows, and accountability
- Partner cross-functionally (C-level leadership) to drive operational effectiveness and alignment
- Establish performance tracking, reporting, and operational discipline
- Foster a strong, values-driven culture and support leadership development across teams
What You Bring
- Experience in operations, program management, or organizational leadership
- Ability to operate as a team player–coach (strategic + hands-on)
- Experience building or improving systems, processes, or teams in growing environments
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and execution skills
- Effective communicator with the ability to align and influence across teams
- Alignment with R.O.Y.O.’s mission and values
