Fundraising Research & Outreach Coordinator (Volunteer)

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented volunteer to help expand our donor base and streamline our outreach efforts. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys "the hunt"—finding potential partners and using clear, persuasive communication to introduce them to our mission.

Responsibilities

• Prospect Research: Identify potential individual donors, corporate sponsors, or local foundations whose missions align with ours.
• Database Management: Keep a clean record of potential leads and contact information using our CRM.
• Outreach & Solicitation: Use our established templates to send initial outreach emails and follow-up communications.
• Template Refinement: Occasionally provide feedback to help us "tweak" templates for better engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong research skills (proficient with Google, LinkedIn, and social media).
• Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for grammar.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable and comfortable handling sensitive donor information with discretion.

Time Commitment

We are looking for a commitment of roughly 5 hours per week. This is a remote-friendly position! We are happy to provide proof of volunteering and a certificate upon completion.
