    Fundraising Specialists/Resources Mobilizers Needed

    We are seeking passionate and skilled Fundraising Specialists / Resource Mobilizers to join our mission of empowering vulnerable communities through education, health, and sustainable development.

    ✨ Role Overview

    Fundraising Specialists will play a critical role in ensuring the success and sustainability of our programs. They will design and implement creative fundraising strategies, build partnerships, and mobilize resources to support initiatives that uplift orphans, youth, women, and underprivileged families.

    🛠 Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute fundraising campaigns (online, events, sponsorships, grants).
    • Identify and engage potential donors, sponsors, and partners locally and internationally.
    • Craft compelling proposals, presentations, and donor communications.
    • Mobilize in-kind and financial resources to support community programs.
    • Track, evaluate, and report on fundraising activities and outcomes.
    • Collaborate with program teams to align fundraising goals with community needs.

    Directions

    Here are general directions to Mchina Mwanzo, located in the Urban District, Urban West Region, Unguja, Zanzibar:

    Starting from Stone Town (Zanzibar City Center):

    Head northeast on Benjamin Mkapa Road or Kenyatta Road, depending on your location.

    Continue straight as the road merges into Malindi Road.

    Follow Malindi Road until you reach the intersection with Kiembe Samaki Road.

    Turn right onto Kiembe Samaki Road.

    Continue straight and follow the signs until you reach the Mchina Mwanzo area.

    From Abeid Amani Karume International Airport:

    Exit the airport heading northeast on Airport Road.

    Continue on Airport Road until you intersect with Kiembe Samaki Road.

    Turn left onto Kiembe Samaki Road and drive straight.

    Follow the road, passing several local landmarks, until you reach Mchina Mwanzo.
