    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with reception duties, including greeting visitors with a bright smile.
    • Provide administrative support to office staff, such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
    • Help coordinate office events and meetings to ensure smooth operations.
    • Enjoy a delicious lunch served daily while contributing to our vibrant office environment.

    Requirements:

    • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Availability to volunteer Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm.
