    Position Overview

The FutureTech Foundation is committed to advancing access to cutting-edge biotechnologies, regenerative biotherapeutics, nanotechnology, robotics, and brain-computer interface (BCI) resources. As a Resource Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our catalog of free physical resources available to the public by sourcing donations, partnerships, and surplus products from research institutions, companies, and educational programs. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for biotechnology, research, and fostering global health equity.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Identify Potential Resource Sources:

Research and create a list of potential organizations, universities, nonprofits, and companies offering free or surplus resources in the fields of regenerative biotherapeutics, nanotechnology, robotics, and BCI.

Stay updated on grant opportunities and foundation programs that provide access to biotechnological resources.

    1. Develop Partnerships and Relationships:

Reach out to contacts within academic institutions, research labs, and biotech companies to discuss partnerships and donation opportunities.

Maintain regular contact and positive relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and educational programs to encourage the donation of products such as stem cell lines, nanomaterials, robotics kits, and BCI devices.

    1. Grant Application and Proposal Writing:

Collaborate with the grants team to identify and apply for grants aimed at securing physical products for public and educational use.

Assist in drafting compelling proposals to foundations, companies, and government programs that may provide biotherapeutic or technological resources.

    1. Catalog and Manage Resource Inventory:

Work with the catalog management team to document and categorize incoming donations.

Help create an online database of available resources that FutureTech Foundation can offer to students, researchers, and educators.

    1. Collaborate with Outreach Teams:

Coordinate with FutureTech Foundation’s communications and outreach teams to publicize new acquisitions and distribute resources to underserved communities.

Support in creating educational materials that describe how to use acquired resources safely and effectively.

    1. Maintain Ethical Standards and Compliance:

Ensure that all acquired materials meet necessary ethical and regulatory standards.

Work with legal advisors to secure any required permissions or agreements for sharing biomedical and technological resources.
