    Description

Share Friendship and Support with Hospice Patients in Your Area!

While it's not always easy, volunteering for hospice can be very rewarding. We have patients in your area, in their own homes and senior living facilities. They'd enjoy someone joining them to play music, watch TV, read a book, or maybe just sit silently with them. We'd never ask you to provide direct care. We'll provide you with training and support you throughout the time, we just ask that you set aside at least an hour every other week to spend with your patient (though we'd welcome more). We work with busy schedules, even those that aren't the same each week. See how Residential Hospice raises the bar to care for our patients and families.

We are sorry we cannot accept any court ordered community service, and you must be 18 to volunteer.

Upon receiving your completed application, an interview, background check, drug and fingerprint screening and TB test will be required before we can set up visits. Your safety and satisfaction are our greatest concern, and we adhere to all protocols that are necessary for protection and peace of mind.
