Root For Change is a youth-led organization(awaiting an official 501(c)(c) status) that aims to address environmental issues; We hope to engage individuals in fun activities to help combat the environmental crisis, and inform the general public about the health of their environment. We are more than pleased to hear that you are interested in joining us on this mission.Please keep in mind the fact that all the roles are voluntary!

AGE REQUIREMENTS: 11 - 25

Responsibilities ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. submission dates will vary depending on the type of video projects you want to take on.
   1. if you only compile online photos, add music and texts then you have to submit 1 post every 2 weeks. but, if you are making a long form content such as short animations and dynamic videos, you will get 1 month+ to work on it. you need to share your ideas with your design lead as soon as possible so that they can set an appropriate deadline for you.
2. you do NOT by any means need to show your face! however if you want to, feel free to do so.
3. videos should follow these requirements:
   1. include hooks
   2. subtitles to help readers follow along
   3. use 9:16 ratio
4. we will credit you in the content you create! we are firm believers that proper credit should be given where it is due!

1. you will be able to reach out to your design lead if you need a break, extension or have any other concerns

you are responsible for tracking your own hours. all your hours must be self-reported through a spreadsheet we provide you with, otherwise we wouldn't be able to give you those hours.
