Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Digital Content Publisher to support our journalism and editorial teams by managing the end-to-end publishing process on our website. This role is responsible for accurately uploading, formatting, and organizing articles in WordPress, ensuring all content is published correctly, consistently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with publishing logs, handling digital assets, and maintaining high editorial standards across the site.

Core Responsibilities:

• Upload articles to the WordPress website from provided publishing logs.
• Format articles according to established editorial and brand guidelines.
• Upload, place, and optimize images and other media within articles.
• Assign appropriate categories, tags, authors, and other metadata as outlined in the publishing logs.
• Perform quality checks to ensure formatting, links, images, and layout display correctly.
• Collaborate with editorial and journalism teams to resolve publishing issues or clarifications.
• Manage multiple articles efficiently while meeting regular publishing deadlines.
• Escalate technical issues to the technical support team when needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic experience with WordPress.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clear instructions and workflows.
• Comfortable with routine, structured tasks such as content upload and formatting.
• Comfortable working with images and audio recordings (uploading, placement, basic optimization).
• Ability to work independently and manage recurring publishing tasks.
• Clear communication skills and a reliable, process-driven approach to work.
