    Description

    The GIFT Program provides caring and compassionate bedside companionship for dying patients

    who may be alone at the end of life.

    The GIFT Program is provided, in honoring respect and compassion, for the dying patient whose

    home is in an Assisted Living Facility, Adult Family Home, and Skilled Nursing Facility or in the

    hospital while receiving general inpatient (GIP) hospice services.
