Media & Communications Manager

This volunteer position will be the key individual responsible for continuous engagement with veterans in the program, alumni of prior squads, supporters, related non-profits, and partner farms, ranches, vineyards as well as pertinent governmental agencies. A veteran of the US armed forces is preferred candidate. Experience as Public Affairs Officer or similar is very desirable. Attention to detail and acute, thorough knowledge of organizational culture to ensure continuity of all forward -facing activities are must-haves. Ideal candidate is a high performer, passionate about the veteran community and particular about contributing to a valuable cause making a positive and lasting difference in the community and in the world.
