    Fanatics X Kaizen Foundation Enagagement

    EVENT DETAILS

    • Minimum Age: Must be 18 years or older
    • Arrival Time: 4:30 PM
    • End Time: Approximately 20 minutes after the match ends (after inventory count & manager release)
    • Parking: Free
    • Dress Code:
      • All black attire (black pants, comfortable shoes)
      • No blue jeans
      • No sporting team apparel
      • No hats
    • Alcohol: Not permitted during working hours
    • Breaks: Coordinated by Fanatics Manager
    • Cell Phones: Limited use; personal use only during break

    How to Volunteer for This Opportunity

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    What will I be doing?

    • Selling merchandise, processing transactions, assisting customers, completing beginning and ending inventory counts, and maintaining a clean retail area .

    Can I leave early?

    • No. Volunteers may leave only after being released by the Manager on duty

    Is this a paid position?

    • No. This is a volunteer engagement. Funds earned go directly to The Kaizen Foundation.

    What happens if I do not show up?

    • Non-appearance may result in removal from future Fanatics engagements.

    Are waivers required?

    • Yes. All volunteers must complete the required waivers before participation.

    REQUIRED DOCUMENTS (MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE EVENT)

    Participation is not permitted without completed forms:

    1. Kaizen Attendance Waiver
    2. Kaizen General Liability Waiver
    3. Fanatics Waiver of Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement

    These documents confirm:

    • You are 18 years or older
    • You understand the risks involved
    • You release Fanatics and related entities from liability
    • You agree to follow all event rules and policies
