    Description

    Veteran to Veteran Volunteers in Hospice Inpatient Unit

    AccentCare's volunteer services are geared toward the special needs of our veterans. AccentCare is seeking volunteers with a history of military service to help us provide a listening presence for our veteran patients in hospice.

    We recognize that veterans have unique needs and may feel most comfortable connecting with a volunteer who is also a veteran. For every veteran patient that comes onto our hospice service, we provide a We Honor Veteran Pinning Ceremony.

    We need our help in providing a compassionate presence and listening ear. Your help can make a real difference, so join us and become an integral part of our Accentcare patient support team.
