Description
Responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations. Works with client executives and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Map our Client's current operational practices via interviewing and shadowing employees, as well as collecting and synthesizing quantitative data.
Formulate ways for businesses to improve based on your research, discoveries, and insights.
Propose and advocate multiple solutions options for each challenge--speaking to their risks, benefits, and impacts.
Prepare users and stakeholders for the procedural adjustments required for solution adoption.
Creating documents to outline the proposed changes and the steps involved.
Ensure the changes are made - for example, by overseeing the implementation of new technology or a new approach.
Contribute to training and support for people affected by new systems and processes.
Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems
Run workshops and training sessions.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Previous experience with data analysis in a business setting
Previous nonprofit experience
